I loved it just from the snippet. But once Gaga explained the meaning and I heard the full song, its now probably my fav Joanne song.

I think it's amazing because the story behind it is heartbreaking, but the song is uplifting and about having good friends that are strong for eachother

Yes. The hook and story are amazing.

It should go on a wine ad on TV.

The Spice Girls shout out really hits me hard.

The singalong bit.

I can hear a festival crowd singing this.

Gaga: it's a fired up world

Crowd: ooh oh ooh oh

OUR SIXTH SPICE GIRL IN THIS BITCH

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa love it

OT: Everything from Come To  Mama until the end of the album (including bonus tracks) should be treated as singles and have videos imo

Honestly this month is breast cancer awareness month... she could get that promo & sell a bunch of singles (Especially if she gives some proceeds to Breast Cancer Research)

Also she song slays so

It's my favourite song from the album. Sadly, I know it won't be released as a single because it's not a club song. :saladga:

I really love it, it's one of the most personal songs on Joanne... it's a shame it's only on deluxe

I think Gaga has a real trouble choosing singles... as much as I love A-YO (90% sure it's 2nd single), it shouldn't be about what is the most catchy or danceable, but about what is the most interesting and fresh sounding.

And A-YO isn't really that fresh in terms of "oh, we never heard something like that before"

No not a single, but I really wanted it to be on the standard version, instead of Come to Mama. It's one of my favorites :diane:

I know i've said this multiple times about other songs. But this song really needs an acoustical release, cause i think the production gives nostalgia with the vinyls cackling but kills it a bit.

It's even more country than Million Reasons. But i can imagine it would smash would record the live version on a UK radio lounge whatever. Don't know, something like that.

Oh that's mostly what used to be called the b-sides of another single

When I was listening to the album, I was just completely mind****ed thinking why didnt they put it on the standard version?!

It's a smart idea to put single material on the Deluxe Edition, when records are hits the later singles often tank because most people interested in that music style bought the album. So many people still don't have the single bc they bought the standard edition.

Shows how prepared Gaga and her team really are. With BTW there was a potential single on the deluxe too. I prefer that over having 3  ''wastes''  as bonus tracks. Shows they care.

I would have loved to have...

A-Yo as a buzz-single with a full video like the commercial, Come To Mama (as the second actual single) mid-November, then Diamond Heart / John Wayne in February, Grigio Girls over the summer and Dancing in Circles in fall (hopefully August/September).
