He said that he felt they have just "consciously uncoupled" like Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow. She replied saying "I wouldn't even say that, we're just going through some stuff" It sounds to me that they are genuinely on a break and are attempting to work through it. Contrary to popular belief, "break" does not automatically mean 'broken up', even if that's how you personally define it or how you have experienced it. People can have breaks and continue a perfectly healthy relationship afterwards, also - acknowledging that you and your partner need a break is probably more sensible than letting any issues pile on top of each other which can damage any relationship. They're still in each others lives I'm sure but there's monsters here thinking they're gonna be back together any day now which seems very unlikely.
