RedOne would have get some credits for this cuz he probably has written/produced the 'I am who I am' story ^^ That song was made before Gaga started working with Mark. Maybe it was for the best? Let's be real, ARTPOP was doomed right from the start and Gaga knew it. Perhaps 'Temple' (and other tracks) was a gem, too precious and personal to her, which she didn't want on the sinking ship only to get lacerated by the biased media/press and some of her ungrateful 'fans' who are never satisfied with anything she does. And one great song wouldn't have had the power to save the whole record and the negativity surrounding it. As for 'I Am Who I Am', I don't think it's the same song as 'Sinner's Prayer'. Joanne might just be a rather short era (similar to Cheek2Cheek) with a rather small tour. And then she might release what she originally planned for 'LG5' including what was supposed to be on 'ARTPOP ACT II'. I don't know why, but to me Joanne feels like a rebellious act; a middle finger to everyone who "hurt" her and told her to fit inside a mold and to make "this kind of music" or "that kind of music", so she's doing the exact opposite. Maybe the music on Joanne is like a personal remedy for her and that's exactly what she needs right now? Maybe Joanne liked this style of music and she wants to "recreate" it?
