So... What's Stopping Gaga from re-releasing her 2008-9 videos in FHD?

Like I said I have no idea but the thought ran through my head when I read the thread.  

I think if Interscope or Streamline own them they can release them whenever they want in HD. It has happened with Madonna, she doesn't have the rights of her pas videos and they uploaded new versions without asking.
