Okay I did research on the definition of an EP (extended play) and an LP (long play, album), and The Fame Monster is actually in between both definitions. There is actually a third category known as a "mini-LP" or "mini-album," which basically has a playing time of twenty-to-thirty minutes, and has around seven-to-eight tracks. 

But The Fame Monster is still a reissue of The Fame... it just had the bonus tracks sold separately for those who already bought The Fame :flop:

Although Bad Romance > Any track from ARTPOP

BUT

ARTPOP > TFM if we compare whole albums.
