haha well are you a Libertarian? I dont support any of them too and think they are both horrible but I do lean more towards Trump if I had to choose.

You keep saying this. Your comments don't make sense. This proposal does apply to the service industry. It applies to housing and restaurants. It isn't about there being alternatives, it is about the fact that as human beings, you shouldn't have to find alternatives just because of the color of your skin, your gender or your sexual orientation.

Trump really hard to guess, he always swing around his opinions and stances. He is a bussinesman first and foremost, you see, so he is an opportunist, he will do anything to get the most benefits to himself. Don't think he is ever be genuine with all his actions tbh. People should have the right to discriminate in their own privet property or business.. this does not mean I do not see it as a horrible and bad thing but they should have that right. You might say that this will create a country that discriminates against black or women but in reality it wont. If you want to discriminate against blacks as a hospital, you will have to put a sign on the door that says "No Blacks Allowed" and by doing this, they will lose all blacks, 90% of people if not more wont go to that hospital, the media will attack it and the owner will lose everything. This is also good as you will know who is racist and who is not unlike now where alot of people are racist but instead of showing it to you, they will ruin your life and career without you knowing.

Libertarians are the worst. They would treat businesses like people and treat people like ****, and their justification is not only deluded, but completely manufactured. A little bit of logical thinking is all that is needed to see why state sanctioned discrimination is a bad idea, but libertarians don't actually think for themselves. They hear something that sounds right on the surface and repeat it and support it without understanding the consequences.

I was talking about the employer aspect and black people did and look at our progress.

Just because I don't share the same opinion with you doesn't mean I'm trying to be "cool and edgy." And I will believe what I want I would have thought you guys of all people would be at least open to listening and just exchanging our opinions rather than to belittle one another.

That is not true for all because I am nothing like that. That's more like the other people in this thread.

No, they shouldn't have the right to discriminate. If it was wrong to keep blacks from eating in restaurants or renting apartments in certain areas or playing pro sports...then it is just as wrong to do the same to someone based on their sexual orientation. 

Your country might allow and encourage this type of discrimination, but in the US we have moved past the fifties and sixties and our country is better the more that we strive for equality.

We do have an alternative. And I have been through similar situations which is why I don't want to be somewhere Im not wanted. I'm sick of being treated like **** so why the **** do I want to be somewhere where they could potentially treat me like ****.

Some of still have to work where our kind clearly isn't wanted Deme. I know places where someplace like walmart is well over an hour away for some people, and there's only one grocery store in the entire town. Where there are more private owned named restaurants than fast food places. These places exist where there are more privately owned businesses than publicly owned megacorps.

I also know when I'm not wanted, but if I want so damn well badly enough I'm going to stand my ground for it. If I can't get a slice of carrot cake just because I'm gay, it's stupid. If I can't make said carrot cake because I'm, it's also stupid.

Also many people work in places they hate already, and deal with bigots anyways. Said bigots just can't fire these people though. they can speak rather openly about it and not get punished, though.

Get it through your head. This is an infringement on our rights more than it is theres. Whether it be employment or service. This also threatens small businesses.

This in general is a big awful idea and mess, for everyone involved.
