Versace 7,511 Posted September 27, 2016 Share Posted September 27, 2016 I've only ever bought three albums in my life, use to download illegally just like a normal person would, however I would always and I mean by ALWAYS buy a physical copy of whatever album I illegally downloaded. The three digital albums I own are Confident by Demi Lovato released October 16 2015 The reason I bought it was cause I felt Demi was such an underrated artist and I really felt so bad for her, that I'm like screw it the girl needs the coins, imma support her, the album itself isn't a masterpiece but it's a really good solid album that I think everyone can appreciate. Later on I joined Apple Music, so I decided that I won't buy any other album unless it's a Gaga or Kesha (my two favs) album from here on out. Adele released 25 on Nov 20 and to my surprise it was exclusive to iTunes, so I was kind of forced to buy one of the most anticipated albums of the 4 years prior. Same thing happened with Lemonade when it got released April 23, I found out it was a tidal and iTunes exclusive, so I had to buy it, especially that it was a visual album. The verdict: I'm only going to buy albums that are not offered on Apple music, on the condition that the artist is a promising artist delivering a beyond average album or if it's a Gaga or a Kesha album.
