Lion Heart 15,041
To be fair, Donald did well earlier in the debate when he was bringing out Clinton's dirt, but then he rants off about his taxes and about Hannity with his Iraq War nonsense and after that he became unbearable. His constant interruption and SCREAMING was off putting as well. I think Hillary could have done a better job, and I do believe she was taken slightly aback from Trump's constant interruption. Now that she knows which 'Trump' she's getting, she should do better next time. I'm ready for the VP debate, although I don't expect it to be as spirited as this one. ▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀

Wish he would have talked more about the American people than himself. That was my biggest critique. He was also rude to Clinton and Lestor. He acted like a child after 10 minutes of debating. It would've been back and forth had he continued pressing but he just can't stay on topic and he's incapable of giving direct answers. They both had plenty of ammo. She used it, let him dig his own grave, and kept calm while he spiraled into a spastic mess. She won this debate Whimsical bitch

Hopefully he can remain more reserved at the next debate, because it did not look good with him shouting and Hillary standing there just smiling. I'll take it a step further. I think Hillary is eloquent and well spoken but her policies seem inefficient and her dishonesty makes it very hard to believe that she'll be a good president. She definitely knows how to strike back against Trump, and is quite educated on his prior mishaps. Trump really failed when it came to the birther argument, though. He simply couldn't explain what made him change his mind well enough for me to believe him. I think he believed it in the first place to resonate with the conservative American public, even encouraging it. He did the right thing by publicly changing his mind to focus on the real issues surrounding this country, but that's all it came down to - not an actual alteration of opinion. That's how I see it, at least. Trump with the economy? He absolutely blasted Hillary out of the water. She has no clue regarding economics, but Trump knows how to keep the businesses in America. I don't believe taxing the rich will supply the U.S. with enough money. I do believe Trump may be hiding something regarding his tax returns. Hillary hit him where it hurt with his comments about women and his temperament. Trump's temperament, like his supporters say, is quite overt and honest. He doesn't care about feelings. What that could mean for his potential presidency, I don't know. I do hope his decision making is ultimately apart from his twitter antics. Hillary has an extreme temper that she tends to hide, along with many personal issues, from the American public. I think a mix of both candidate's policies would be ideal. Hillary's eloquence and cunning ability to fight back mixed with Trump's honesty and policies. Hillary's policies are going to win nobody over - no matter how good they are. What Hillary needs to focus on is dismantling the legitimacy of Trump while at the same time clearing up her past. It's truly her dishonesty that makes it so hard to support her. What Trump needs to focus on are his policies, defending himself and honing in on Hillary's lies, corruption and dismal political history. Him continuing to build his image as the common man against a typical population will work, as it resonated with me.

She won this debate Another thing I hated was when he kept saying "That's not true" in response to Clinton's comments about him, when we can easily look them up for ourselves and see that... it was true (whatever Clinton was referring to). It's ridiculous. I also think Lestor didn't do enough to moderate this debate and let Trump off a little too easily. ▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀
