She's been working her butt off ever since she started, she was used by her management as a money-making machine and she's just sick of it. She promoted the sh*t out of ARTPOP, and that didn't stop the backlash and lackluster sales from happening. Now she wants to do things her way and she wants it to be all about the music. She doesnt have to worry about waking up every day at 6AM to go to work. She can literally take 3 years off. Her not promoting is pure laziness, sorry it is the truth, these album cycles only happen once every few years and she is ruining everything she made and worked hard for. Music video is a mess, so basic, no promo, no nothing except 15 repeated radio interviews. She had the potential to be the next Madonna, to be remembered in all generations like Madonna is. This whole era just doesn't feel right, I blame Bobby and Gaga, the two combined are the absolute best at ruining careers. I just miss all the promo, watching her live on GMA and Ellen, staying up late to watch her on those shows, and hearing her all over the radio and seeing her at the top of the charts.
