I think is is quite obvious that the biggest artists now are Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Adele, and Beyonce. But have they ever reached Gaga's peak? In my opinion, the answer is no. At first glance you may say, but Adele has sold more albums than Gaga, but Katy has more #1s than Gaga, But Taylor and Beyonce are praised everywhere in the US and continue to release huge albums. But did any one of them dominate the entire world for 3-4 years in every way possible? Gaga at her peak was inescapable and unstoppable. She broke every record there was to break. From sales records, to YouTube views records, to social media records, to internet popularity records, to even worldwide fame records. She was also winning just about every award possible. She was haled as the next Madonna and her music videos were compared to MJ's music videos only 2 years after her debut. Her singles and albums were guaranteed hits and her music video releases were pop culture events. And she did all of these things simultaneously with no other artists coming close. She was literary the world biggest music star.

Personally, your question does not matter to me. I wish all of them success with their next and current eras. Every artist is special, and unique in their own way. Despite an artist creating "fun bops", not full of artistic references, and such. It does not stop them from being an artist. Music is fun. Music has no rules.

beyonce atm is as big as gaga at her peak, maybe bigger. her reign started with ST and only became stronger with lemonade. so yes, bey has.

adele is literally a sales force of nature, so she has as well. taylor and katy have not.

Objectively speacking, no! No one can reach Gaga's peak, not even Jesus!

Jesus wishes she had the same level of fame as the true son of God, Gaga!

Jesus copied Gaga. Gaga was the first person to pray, watch the Monster Ball DVD.

replace katy with rihanna. Taylor has but the rest no

Rihanna has been constantly successful but she has never seen a peak nearly as big as Gaga's. Taylor is not really a huge worldwide star although she is comparable to Gaga only in the US.

Taylor is pretty huge outside of the US too, she's probably the biggest pop star in the U.K. too.

Only Beyonce yes

Is Beyonce really as big of a star as Gaga was worldwide? Are her songs guaranteed hits? Is she breaking youtube views and social media site followers records?

The fact that you have to name so many pop stars proves they haven't. During the Fame Monster Gaga was without question THE pop star of the new millenium. She was the unquestionable biggest pop star on the planet. Never since has there been another pop star with such hegemony. Now they all are at similar levels.

Oh, I'm just visiting-
