She's an artist and is going to make what she wants. I cant be mad at her for that. But my question is why wasn't she on TV singing this song when it came out? Why didn't she do the tonight show? Why wasn't she on Ellen? Why did she do ever radio show on the planet? Not many people listen to Radio anymore. Also this song is a much older demographinc she needed to be on TV and reaching them. It would have been perfect for Howard Stern with his audience being older (And They LOVE her when shes on). Idk I just feel like there hasent been much of an effort by her to promote her music since Applause. So I cant be mad at people not likeing it or not buying it. Bobby is a great manager, he's gotten her super bowl, and all of those other award shows like oscars, and she's done so much critically acclaimed stuff. I don't think they were unaware this was going to happen. I'm not sure they thought it would be THIS bad though... Not sure they could have predicted how far it was going to drop down iTunes, i couldn't even bring myself to read every song currently in front of PI... the level of unknown songs on that list. I'm almost feeling sorry for gaga if she still reads forums and stuff, I just hope she doesn't! But we just have to be real about her position in the main stream and its ok to call out her performance and such for what it is. No one is bashing her if they don't like her song.
