Walmart was heavily censored, hence the non foil. Also note the ball is much larger to cover her inner thighs and also the fact she's clutching her own breasts. Walmart usually puts out more "censored" editions because of it's family friend (semi - middle - America) conservative views.... which isn't too bad, considering in the Middle East, Gaga's thighs and legs on this cover were clothed in tights to mask the fact she was nude, and the ball was larger still than the Walmart USA version.

Now , if you want to talk truly RARE, truly LE.... that would be the Middle Eastern edition.

Not very many of these printed up -- due to the understandably low desire to listen to an American pop sl*t as risque as Gaga in these tightly religious and conservative countries.

The album is 3 years old, you are best trying a Target, a Best Buy, perhaps Ebay or Amazon. There is a sealed foiled copy on Ebay right now for about $4.00.

I was going to buy the CD for some laughs but when ARTPOP came out there was a free listening for the non explicit version.

I gave it a listen and hated it so much, it's not even laughing matter anymore, they completely messed up the album!  no way I'm supporting that

I have 2 foil copies, one from Amazon when everyone thought it was limited and one from Best Buy (I ran to the store on release day cos I didn't want to wait for Amazon, it wasn't even on shelf yet so they had to get it from the back LOL)

and yes I love Store

Haha that's wild! I usually buy albums at target because 1) bonus tracks and 2) don't have to worry about editing lol. But I was so scared I wouldn't get a foil copy so I preordered it lol. Also I've been listening to Emotion BSides for like 3 days straight. Poor perfect illusion

but anyway in late 2015 they actually started printing non-foil copies of ARTPOP so now the foil one is a little harder to find in stores, but at this point it's still not worth anything notable lol

 I was just so frustrated, when I couldn't find the foil edition. Now, it's everywhere and cheap, just when i'm saving coins to buy Joanne like 10 times.
