Blue Jeans: 8/10

Video Games: 9/10

Diet Mtn Dew: 7/10

National Anthem: 8/10

Dark Paradise: 7/10

Radio: 9/10

Carmen: 10/10

Million Dollar Man: 5/10

Summertime Sadness: 8/10

This Is What Makes Us Girls:6/10

Without You: 8/10

Lolita: 8/10 (The demo was a hell of a lot better though)

Lucky Ones:7/10

Throughout the album, her lyrics are pretty weak. She uses a hell of a lot of cliched phrases. I don't get the love for Million Dollar Man, it's so boring to me, in a bad way. And the lyrics are just horrible. While she seriously needs to work on songwriting, I do appreciate that she writes her own songs. Her voice is beautiful throughout the album and the production nice. A solid album overall. 8/10.

Born To Die is boring in a good way, it's mysterious and it draws you in but it's so dull at the same time.

The Sims is the most boring thing ever but once you start playing you just can't stop.

Million Dollar Man just has no charm at all in my opinion.

Personally, I like Million Dollar Man because of her vocals. I totally agree with what you said about songwriting; she said herself that the album doesn't really mean anything. Still, I think Carmen is the bets song lyric-wise, since it has a real concept behind it and isn't "about nothing". Edited by Godspoken

The Deluxe edition is 12 dollars while the regular is 8 dollars.

That's four dollars more for three bonus songs, 50% more money for only 25% more content. Or from .66 cents per song to .80 cents per song. They could have just made it 10 dollars for the deluxe. I don't understand such a price increase tbh. There is hardly any other differnce.
