His estimations are based of its PERFORMANCE on iTunes but the total number he posts on there is his estimation of what it sold on iTunes Amazon and google play. If you are using an android phone, usually you have multiple gmail accounts. You can buy PI in each of your gmail account using a primary CC. Bought it 5 times now for myself. Don't forget to buy it in Amazon too if you are able! She will debut at number two on the sales chart however radio play and streaming also play a huge part in the main chart.
