JustAnotherDay 8,402
Today was disappointing for Perfect Illusion sales wise, it fell from number one and has gotten 15 consecutive red updates. But do not fear, I believe Perfect Illusion will do better and here's why... She always has a sharp drop off on her second day/week and then jumps up again in the third week/day. The first week ARTPOP was released it debuted with 258,000 copies, the second week it fell hard, only selling 46,000 copies, however the third week i sold much better and ended the week with 116,000 (note, it was discounted due to black friday however it is a sharp increase and would still have sold more). Another example is DWUW, which debuted at 13 on the hot 100 with 156,000 copies sold. The next week it unfortunately fell hard to 58, however it climbed back into the top 20 in two weeks. A Final example is TEOG, which debuted at number 3 with 266,000 copies sold, but in the second week it fell to 19 with 98,000 copies sold, however in the third week it jumped back into the top ten at number 8. I can't figure out how to go into kworb archives but I'm sure we could find examples of Gaga rising again after a disappointing 2nd day. I think this shows us that Gaga will be able to recover from falling sales tomorrow. Spoiler Note: in using the ARTPOP/DWUW examples I am not implying that PI/LG5 will commercially underperform in the same way, they are simply good examples of Gaga rebounding was NickARTPOP

Dangerous Man 9,245
The radio ads will be on Monday for pop and Tuesday for HAC. Hopefully there's a radio deal. This song is a grower, the gp need to hear this a lot first. "A little less conversation and a little more touch my body."
Music 15,215
i honestly don't think there is any reason to stress about it's performance this early, only because it is still breathing on hype and curiosity. we still have a music video and appearances/performances to look forward to. and plus..at this moment, Perfect Illusion is currently #1 in 43 countries, Top 3 in 67 countries and Top 10 in 83 countries. many countries sitting with either Light Red or Neutral updates. this is awesome! i think if she can stick around from #1-3, we all should be content.Closer doesn't seem like it will be dethroned anytime soon, selling almost 14k+ more than PI. #1-3 is fine, especially since songs from #6-#16 are all selling similar numbers - so if she falls, she can easily get lost in there. nevertheless, don't forget about the potential and power of streaming; literally 1 stream can change everything! at the end of the day, people were bound to love the song, or hate it; music is subjective to the consumer! Spoiler p.s. if there are any US Monsters who haven't purchased the track yet..

shane_c 480
I think there's still hope that people will like it a lot more when they see it performed. Because I know I did when I saw her in that small bar, The Moth. This seems like another one of her songs that was written with her imagining performing it on tour. It could be that people will like it a lot more with the video too then.
