Guest anki Posted April 28, 2012 Share Posted April 28, 2012 I don't think we should be worried yet. This is her first show..and it's been FOREVER since she's put on a 1.5 hour show. She just needs a few more shows to get back into the grind of it all. If nothing improves by the time she gets to Australia, then yeah, maybe we should worry. But I think it's too early to judge now Yeah, I know. I'm not saying it's not gonna improve! It's just that... She's supposed to be rehearsing this set through and through for months now. But maybe she was just nervous. She hasn't been touring in almost a year. I'd give her a couple shows before she really gets back into her Monster Ball groove. I imagine everything will be fine by the Australian shows. Also, I'm almost 100% she was forced into that black top/sweatpants outfit by the government. It's included in almost all of her outfits where it doesn't seem to belong. Yeah, I'm holding out. I'm just used to her being all over the stage and everything. Still early days though! No clue. Maybe jet lagged? She's been there a week. No jetty lag. Personally, i think cause the choreo is not drilled into her head yet. As the shows go on, and she can do the dances in her sleep, we will see more enthusiasm and confidence I think :) The choreo has to be drilled in her head by now. This is what she does, this is what she's paid to do. Months and months of rehearsal in order to absolutely nail it on stage. But nerves and stuff does get the best of us at times. Maybe she wasn't allowed to show too much skin because that outfit looks like it was made to be worn without the pants. And if you think about it, I don't think she performed without pants besides judas/bad romance white outfit. Even then that's only showing skin from the knees down. Sure she was supposed to be rehearsing...but I don't think she actually did Tbh I didn't expect her to give her all this show. Especially since she was working on finalizing the sets and whatnot the week before.
