Did Gaga choose Mark Ronson because of his commercial success?

I mean, it doesn't seem like the reason she had chosen her producers previously.

I'm sure Ronson's success with Uptown Funk had some role to play, but I doubt it was the main reason. Coming off the back of a Jazz album with Tony Bennett, Ronson seems like the perfect fit. Kevin Parker and BloodPop are lesser known options for a pop album too, I'd say the main reason is that she likes their music.

Yes TBH.

It was the same when Gaga worked with Nile Rodgers and Giorgio Moroder, who collaborated with Daft Punk on the critically acclaimed, Grammy winning album, Random Access Memories.

Whispering

No, because she talked about working with him for years now.

The time was right, and Gaga is in a post jazz era.

Probably. And that is perfectly fine, Gaga wants to be the Best, so she would pick people to work with that she feels is doing the Best at the moment.

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.
