The song can climb to number one later, but we shouldn't be expecting Perfect Illusion to debut that high on billboard. Top 5 is possible, and Top 10 is the most promising. We have no idea how the single run will go, but a number one debut would factor in so many things gaga has to build over time. If she releases a music video, Top 5 is likely. But, with an apple music deal, streaming will automatically be low. Not super low, but too low for a song to debut at number one. I'm not making this thread to be super negative, but i've noticed monsters on here seem to be set on a number one debut for PI. I hope no one is let down if the single doesn't pull a BTW and sit there for 6 weeks. The charts have changed alot since gaga was in power of...the world. She'll reign (Insider title ) again soon, hopefully. Assuming Gaga will have the top spot on lock is an illusion. It seems like the plan for perfect illusion is to have longevity, which is the most important part of a single. She will repeak. She'll probably debut around 7-10, and repeak in later weeks.
