I think she was just having fun, she was probably a bit drunk (or high) and wanted to have some fun on the show. Just remember flirting with Steven Klein and lot of other guys in last few years, but she didn't have anything with them. 

And don't forget she is not actually single, she and Taylor are just on a break and from things we can see, I think both of them want to solve their problems. So I don't think she would be with someone else in this essential time for them.

I feel like Gaga wants to be traditional, but probably is very ~free spirited~, meaning she doesn't seem the type that would be completely satisfied in a marriage. Absolutely not. Now if you would have mentioned John Misty, then hell yes. This small clip of them dancing together gave me such flirty and sexual vibe that...just damn. She was enjoying it oh so much and you can def say John is exactly her type, Parker not so much (cause he's not that manly imo and...you know).
