Gotta say, this is one of the few tracks on pop radio at the moment that is genuinely solid. Great melody/chorus, great (articulate) vocals by Grande, great production by Max Martin.

It's a shame this song didn't do better, it's my fav of her singles imo. It probably would've been doing a biT too much performing it at the VMAs though, it was time to move on.

Judging from its refusal to die, it looks like it wasn't ready to die. It should've been done at the VMAs imo and been rediscounted.
