Interludes?

I was listening to Frank Ocean's Channel Orange and there are several interludes. Title by Meghan Trainor also has a musical interlude in the place of an opening track, and The Life of Pablo includes interludes, among many other albums. The closest Gaga has to an interlude is the monologue at the beginning of the Marry the Night video, which is actually my favorite part of the video. I think that she would do a spoken or musical interlude very well, do you want to see an interlude or two on LG5? Do you see her ever doing interludes in any album?

Another question: would any previous Gaga album benefit from interludes? I could possibly see one or two on The Fame Monster regarding the "monsters" (fears) of her life at the time, and possibly one or two on ARTPOP better explaining the concept of the album and making it flow a bit better. Although maybe not...

Been a long time but I'm back in town, and this time I'm not leaving without you

I love the fact that interludes exist, but it really annoys me when they come up when I'm listening to the music.

Lady Gagging

I know she'd make fantastic interludes but I feel like they're usually wasted space on albums because the GP doesn't listen to an album straight through like we would.

oh my god i was just listening to that too. Channel Orange, as the album title suggests, is like watching tv, so the interludes were totally justified bc it sounded like he was switching into different channels of his life.

not so sure about LG5 though but we'll see.

mmm.... as long as it's its own piece of music, rather than something that sounds like a snippet of a longer song.

Bolkins

I feel like they help keep a theme and cohesiveness throughout an album, CO is probably the best example for this. I'd be here for a few interludes, perhaps some tame impala sounding instrumentals ect.

Not the bore worms!

As long as they're actual musical interludes

I would honestly love an original instrumental symphonic composition from her, piano and orchestra and everything.

3 points in and ready for more
