ofc we love and appreciate the c*nty serving version, but I feel like she should have an Adele-like era standing and singing to get back into the limelight. unless she doesn't even want that, love that for her

Her voice is fine, what she's doing with it though is too much

I hated her tone growing up, so abrasive and throaty. But she is talented of course.

I like it on her softer songs, You Lost Me etc

Yeah for such a strong and soulful voice it lacks that classic softness/delicateness that really elevates that kind of voice imo.

Like I compare her to Anastacia vocally. And her voice is so much smoother.

I read a review of her verse in Lady Marmalade when I was like 10 where they said her voice made them feel like they were being yelled at and flattened with a vice and I’ve never been able to enjoy her since then. As an adult, I can personally describe it as drinking coffee with a lot of grounds in it.

Her voice is hard to listen to, but it's mostly the way she chooses to sing. She can sing softly if she wants - see Save Me From Myself.

OMG “Loving Me for Me” and Without You” - those songs are absolutely on whole other level of amazing.  You’re right - when she pulls back, shows some restraint in the right places, layers her harmonies, it’s simply heavenly and puts her in a league of few.  But when she oversings (so often) it’s… a lot.

And this why most artists have the city name on their setlist of the night by their vanity backstage, even Gaga does it, did Xtina fail to do that? 
 

The stage stuffs tho, I am not sure if that's her fault? I heard some promoters there love to cut corners so they can make the most profits but spend less than they should. That's why the stage for some big artists shows sometimes are so different than the usual stage in another countries.

 

The lip synching tho? For shame, not like she can't sing or whatever. Not sure why she's doing that. Did she become lazier these days?

Some people mentioned that she’s used those plastic wraps for previous shows in the US, so the cheap stage seems to be just part of the show. I laughed so hard at the fact that they kept the wraps for the whole thing.

Most of the comments seem to agree that it just felt ridiculously short for what they paid.
