Can Gaga be Ursula/Vanessa in Disney's Live Action Little Mermaid?

Disney officially sets Live Action The Little Mermaid remake in motion!
With Lin-Manuel Miranda & Alan Menken teaming up for the songs. 

We know Gaga loves Ariel and The Little Mermaid but Disney for sure won't cast her for Ariel. 

But I like the idea of Seeing her as Ursula or Vanessa. Ursula might tricky since people will be all "They didn't cast a large person!"
So at the very least Gaga as Venessa would be awesome! Short screen time so it won't take much of her time and she will kill the songs too! 
I can already imagine her singing "What lovely little bride I'll make my dear I look divine!" 
Thoughts?  

EDIT - "A Star is Born" has been greenlit so this dream of mine just disappeared like when the mermaid turned into seafoam and floated away...  Go snatch some Oscars in that role instead Gagz.

I honestly want a drag queen for Ursula. There was originally a drag queen set to voice act Ursula but he died before the recordings.

I don't think anyone could play ursula in a live action film. Although i'd be completely here for Gaga as Ariel. She' d be absolutely perfect for that role.

That's from Universal Pictures. I read they're taking the darker tone of the original tale.

Not sure about the voicing part but yes Ursula's design was based on the drag queen, Divine. So yes, that is a nice idea too! <3

No, Ursula was ment to voiced by a drag queen. Divine from the Pink Flamingos and Hairspray. Also bea Arthur was too busy for the role, and Jennifer Saunders auditioned but didn't get the role.
