babyboo 965 Posted August 16, 2016 Share Posted August 16, 2016 and wtf is up with glory and ARTPOP comparison. i mean.. if i have to judge NOW currently this second, i would choose glory bc although it sounds a little bit too mainstream, but the 'britney' vibe is very much apparent and thats what fans have been waiting for from her since like... 2008. have to wait for the full album to really know though. and with ARTPOP, i obviously loved it when it was released (bc its gaga duh), but now it sounds TERRIBLY dated. it is experimental which is good, but as of now, it sounds... dated and unlistenable except for a few tracks (applause, jewels bc i love her raunchy songs, and the ballads). not saying glory is a 'the fame' which has cohesiveness and very clear artistic vision behind it, but it's a very good step in the right direction for britney. we just need the great VISUALS to pull it all together. Make Me... was good, Private Show was messy as fck and Clumsy is just flat. Spoiler NOT SHADY BUT even the album cover is messy... I love BS but this album sounds messy.
