EDM The New Dominant Genre Again?

I hope it stays for a week more and leaves  half of EDM songs have crappy choruses and have a crappy melody, and a lot sound the same  we need to go back to roughly 2010 where every song was catchy and had meaningful lyrics and great production

I think EDM just evolves into different sounds and trends. Like just look at Calvin Harris, Feel so Close (2011), Let's Go (2012), I Need Your Love (2013), Summer + Blame + Outside (2014), How Deep is Your Love (2015) and now This is What You Came For (2016). Long live EDM, it's the only genre I love with a passion.
