The bracelets thing wasn't much of a scandal, as I think the lawsuit was turned over because it was proven that all the money was going to shipping and handling.

Back in 2014 he had been writing about Born This Way foundation financials claiming that only lawyers, consultants, publicists and travel agents have really benefited from it (based on his analysis of the federal tax report). They went back and forth on his website with statements from both sides.

I mean i'm guessing they didn't make stuff up out of thin air tho. I think gaga fully took care of the problem, she probably wasn't aware of what her team was doing.

Of course they can...and do "make stuff up out of thin air". It happens all the time in the climate of piss poor journalism we have.
