I'm cautiously optimistic about it. It could be amazing, but knowing my luck, it could be awful. I tend to just assume that its A: Never Coming and B: Going to be quite mediocre despite the time put into it so that I don't end up completely devastated when it comes out. This way, i'll still be pleasantly surprised no matter what 

this girl gave us The Fame, The Fame Monster, Born This Way. It's arguable that ARTPOP was "disappointing" but I thought it was amazing.
