To be honest knowing they have teased Gaga character in a teaser, you can be sure she'll be regular.

But if she accepted to return I guess she knows she is able to make both AHS and LG5 happen in the new few weeks / months

Maybe it's possible that Gaga transforms when she becomes the fairy or something and is unrecognisible and they're using this person as the stand in to save the coins and time for LG5.
