There are billions upon billions of people in this world that have absolutely no idea what pop star is releasing when or even recognize their voice when they hear it on radio. I know this might come as a big surprise to an overly invested person, but not everyone is interested in what you are obsessed about. In fact, the large majority are completely clueless about what you find to be of upmost importance....because it simply isn't important to them! I don't think I've seen something like that before. the more stuff like that happens the more far off LG5 will be just saying. Gaga appears to be very easy to be put out of track, and now she also goes through separation with her lover. I wonder how it will all end up, last Time she got bashed and many fans left because her rushed album flopped, now rush is not a thing anymore. Even blinking or breathing or having a f*ck are marketing moves for some. I am kinda sure Bob Campbell is trying to shift targeted audience to fit a wider and different range since after ARTPOP. Let's be honest, some behaviors are insane because the whole Lady Gaga thing was marketed as huge and constantly over-hyped, so fans got mold into this mindset a bit, and most of them were not even that old back then. I would certainly not blame it all on the fans, that were and are of course endorsing her team by buying lots of merch and books and stuff and keeping all of this people that work with her and herself able to give as much as they always deliver. But I am sure the management is annoyed by these mad behaviors and would rather have her having fans that are 30 or older as well. Jazz, movie score, Oscars, were surely keeping her image in the eye of the audience, so that she wouldn't fall in oblivion, but those are really kinda high-profile-far-from-pop-culture events. And she is keeping her looks kinda low profile as well. I guess she just wants to enjoy her talent in a more natural way. I guess the new album will try to make this shift happen, fluidly.
