That's none of your / our business to make actions on Gaga's behalf like that. Especially since Linda Perry told just the truth. She didn't lie nor she defamed Gaga in any way. And I don't even think it was because of her, I'm sure Emmy requested cue sheets from all the songs. It just happens that Gaga didn't really had that much of an involvement in that song after all. Personally I think she should've been included as a recipient as she produced it (even though it wasn't a great production) but I don't write the Emmy guidelines and they clearly don't think that's important for this category. Launching a haul of hate at someone isn't going to change anything or help anyone. It's spreading negative energy for literally no reason and the exact opposite of what Gaga's seemingly been spending most of her year trying to fight. So I think she'd be upset that it would be done in her name. Also it would be really f*cking lame and tacky, but that's just my personal opinion. Edit: Also, it was already determined Gaga didn't write enough by the Emmys so there's nothing more to say about this situation. I don't care what you think about unless it is about me.
