I think she just likes to dress for the occasion. Like when she met the queen of England she dressed like royalty, when she performed with Tony she dressed like a vintage jazz singer, and when she performed with the Rolling Stones she looked like a rock star. She knows how to fit in with her environment.

I noticed that, too. On one hand, I wanna say that it's intentional, akin to if she made some weird subversive aesthetic statement from years ago- then I remember she's not really about that life, at least not anymore (or, at least, not at that moment).

She did casual glamour really well during the first half of 2015, imo, with the black hair and all (hell, even the latter half of 2014 with her initial C2C looks, though those can be a bit comical at times).
