Damn I hope her album gets out this time...she is one of my favorites. Eleutheromaniac, sparks, subtitles and midnight sun are such great songs; it's a shame she isn't well known but that's how music industry is

She had two albums scrapped 

Her album that was under a label titled Beg Barrow and Steal was scrapped due to major creative differences, they were pushing for Neon to be a mainstream pop sex appeal artist but other than doing that for one single she wasn't interested. The songs planned for that album were F U Betta (serving as the lead) and Gold (as the second single). Other songs include Dog, Get Over U, U+Me, Silly Girl, Poisoned With Love. She and the label parted way or she got dropped, one of them. 

The second album she scraped was one she was working on under her own label (WeRNeon), the album was titled Eleutheromaniac, you can even google the album cover, the song Yard Sale served as it's lead but she had difficulty releasing it on her own that or she was not feeling the project creatively, a year passed and a new single is released and branded as the true lead single, titled Sparks, however it seemed like the album was scrapped or heavily changed to become Anarchy. Other songs planned for Eleutheromaniac, include the title track, gypsy star, warner blvd (about her label), *** power and freedom (the only track that we know of that was gonna make Eleutheromaniac but has now carried over to Anarchy). 

In conclusion, Anarchy is her third project and the one that will see the light of day, its lead is the enticing ballad "Please"
