Thomas P 18,479
#2 is not good enough! It deserves to be at number 1, I mean the song has literally saved lives! Back on topic: I surprisingly actually knew 20 of those songs, and even more surprising is that I knew Lets have a kiki. So like I guess that means im like a super gay 15 year old high schooler ready to **** up the world. I’m a simple guy to please, if you like Melodrama, we chill. chromasine 5,439
38. "Firework," Katy Perry, 2010 When you look at her one-two punch of her femme-bashing "Ur So Gay" and her exhibitionist faux-lesbian "I Kissed A Girl," in a post-Gaga era, this song felt more opportunistic than authentic. But Perry has seemingly become more progressive and it would be hard to find a pride parade not playing this booming (pun intended) anthem.

Lord Temptation 11,209
Born This Way should be number zero. It's beyond lists. It's a commandment.
ThisGuyTony 29,615
Not All the Lovers on the list over Spinning Around or Your Disco Needs You. OT: Slay Born This Way.
SKANK 14,288
Whenever Born This Way is featured on a list of gay anthems I feel it should be tied with Carl Bean's I Was Born This Way. Carl's song may not have had the same cultural impact as Gaga's, but it came first, and arguably is a better song. Just think it deserves a shout out. JusKeepBreathin 19,311
#Justice4DancingQueen It's way too low on the list. #Justice4BohemianRhapsody A song from 1975 with over 247 Million views on youtube. When will Born This Way? Fun fact, the article used the word queen 12 times. "Born This Way," Lady Gaga, 2011 Inspired by the empowering music of the ‘90s, Gaga told Billboard that she wanted to create a "freedom record" that didn’t beat around the bush: "I want to write my this-is-who-the-****-I-am anthem, but I don't want it to be hidden in poetic wizardry and metaphors.” She followed through, with lyrics like, “No matter gay, straight or bi / Lesbian, transgendered life / I’m on the right track, baby / I was born to survive.” Fans responded positively, as the song debuted at No.1 on the Hot 100. Congrats, but dont forget watch masterpiece The Edge Of Glory!
