Both of them are disgusting. The positive one didn't deserve death, but they both deserve life in prison if he knew about it beforehand

Wow. :O

I would be devastated if my partner did not tell me he had HIV, but I most certainly do not endorse this man's act of murder.

You don't deserve a point of view if the only thing you see is you.

What is ChemSex?

Some folks defined it earlier in the thread

There's a recent documentary about it showing real footage, if you want to check it out (and be horrified). It's called ChemSex.

As @ryanripley says, a description would be "sex under the influence of drugs or chemicals", but referring to it as ChemSex is more of a life-style. We're not talking about coke-induced sex from the 70s. ChemSex is an obscure but large culture of daily drug-use that specifically makes you horny. On the right cocktail you'll literally want to walk outside onto a busy street and start F-cking a random person.

I saw that documentary a few months ago, it was horrifying, I'm not even being dramatic it truly is. I think its important that more young gay guys are aware of the dangers involved in Chemsex (see above article, for instance) so I'm glad it was made, its a huge issue. For those of you who are unaware, I'm almost positive that if you have been on grindr you would of seen things like "P&P or H&H" (Party and play, high and horny) these are to let people know that they're having chemsex sessions.

The dangers are that if you decide to engage in this sort of sex, under the influence of these particular drugs, you do not have ANY inhibitions you fail to judge a situation as you normally would and many have found them selves in real danger. There are men who go to these session knowing the have HIV, don't have protected sex and infect others, there are a small minority who WANT to be infected so they don't need to be concerned anymore. Its insanity, truly sad and very worrying.

I want it to be known that neither do I. He definitely had it coming. I believe in ying and yang. I wish in a perfect world none of this happened. Speaking to you and the rest of posters pandering me (not you).

if you're gonna play with fire, you're gonna get burned. :laughga: Get it?

Spoiler

Sorry, I just HAD to make that pun despite it being super insensitive (also because I'm really against drugs and an*l, don't even get me started on S&M/ChemSex ,the thought of doing something so extreme/ridiculous doesn't let me be as sympathetic). I do mean the joke somewhat that if people are gonna do something so risky and dangerous, at one point or another something like this is BOUND to happen.

I do wish that this didn't happen though and that they were still a perfectly happy couple (who had normal people sex ffs) if that helps. :spin:

I usually feel a little bad when I visit this thread since a person died a really painful death. But today when I saw the Title pop-up (for the 500th time).. it reminded me of this scene from the Bad Romance video.

Which I thought was funny at first but now it's making me think, "was it okay when Gaga did it in her video?" I know no one was actually hurt there but is the notion of burning someone alive acceptable when it's passed off as artistic expression?

I'm just thinking out loud here, I'm not an expert on the matter. And I'm sorry for being mean/offensive/unapologetic on the whole post. Peace.
