I used it as a joke. lol I know she killed that man but he was going to kill her anyway I used as an example. I think the person should have been more smart about the situation like she. Either way, I think it serves as a prime example of why self defense should be changed.

Jokes aside, why would you fukc someone and then tell them you are HIV+? What kind of a surprise is that? Second, they should've both protected themselves, so the murderer is at blame too. But then why commit the murder?

In certain situations such as ones just mentioned... yes. I personally don't think I would do it. Then again I never been in the situation.

If someone try to kill you... kill them. Simple. I don't think the guy should have burned the house or burned the guy though. That was extra. I think he would have got far less time or free if he wouldn't have done that. Also.

I'm not really sure you're getting what "self-defense" is, and if you tried to go out (here in the U.S. at least) and kill someone if no one is about to attack you or have any good grounds that your life is at risk, then you're gong to jail, I'm sorry.  It just doesn't work like the way you want it to work.  If that's how you feel, then try what this guy did and see if a grand jury should find you legally self-defending (hint: they won't).  "Self-defense" isn't just a free card to kill anybody, when somebody *already* committed the attack, but if they would say, try to rape you, then yes, you have a legitimate reason to kill in self-defense.  You're not defending yourself against anything in this guys case.  The guy already transmitted the virus and nothing can make that un-done, whether he's killed or not.  If he proceeds to threaten again, then you should try to defend --->before<--- it happens.  Read: BEFORE!!!  NOT AFTER!
