This is the kind of experimental, melodic, ****ed up **** I expect from a musical genius that is Lady Gaga. I'm one of the people who think this leak is real and it's just completely restored faith in Lady Gaga for me. LG5 will be AMAZING. It's an early demo, but the music sounds like exactly what I would expect from the team of people she's working with. You can't make out the lyrics, but the verses are quite melodic and beautiful.
