What is this a dictatorship This is exactly how bipartisan politics has always been, particularly when Republicans in charge. Except this time Obama is using his "lame duck" time to press as much against Republicans as possible from entering progressive bills that cannot be feasibly obstructed, to issuing executive orders that cannot be rationally contested, AND not giving them the ammo they need against Democrats, especially when one is running for President. You're using an isolated incident under Obama's administration CLEARLY targeted at Republicans as a gross generalization regarding to how Hillary will run things IN GENERAL.
