JFC, this contradiction **** has to stop now. she never said that she didn't want to be famous. she was telling everyone that she's gonna be the biggest and most famous artist when she was nowhere near achieving it. then her dream came true and she made it. what she did say in the interview was that it would be ridiculous to say the opposite when looking back on all the things she's done in the past. what everyone seems to ignore is that she also said, especially during the ARTPOP era, that (1) she always kept her integrity, it's just that she got tired fighting to keep things her way, and that (2)

It's weird because I completely understand her but if I were to meet her (assuming there's also like 100 other fans all around her too), what would I say? I couldn't hold a 1-to-1 conversation because of the rush of (usually) getting her into a car, she has other fans to speak to, it's gonna be the same old same old....selfie!!!! yay xxxx
