Gaga talks about focusing one thing at a time

I'm looking for an interview Gaga gave somewhere after AHS finished, where she talks about how she spent the last two years doing all kinds of different projects and how now she is grateful her management is giving her time to be one thing, a musician and how she doesnt like doing many things at the same time.

 

Anyone know which interview this was? I can't seem to find it.

I found a similar quote from Bobby, her manager:

"And what she and I have realized is that when she’s given ample time to prepare and doesn’t have too many things on her plate, she delivers her best work. So, we’ve taken the pace down slightly this year."

It just seems so different now that she's doing so many things at the same time again.

I recall this but is she really doing this? She said something like unlike some people she doesn't care being everywhere at once, like in music, tv, the headlines, etc. But I mean we're led to believe she's focusing on LG5, but then all these side projects surface, such as Love Bravery. Then she also tweeted about being able to multitask that time a fan tweeted her something like working on both a jazz album and a pop album.

But then look at the facts here, I think it's all baloney how Bobby says she does her best work when she doesn't have much to do. Look at Born This Way, undoubtedly her best work to date, was written, recorded and promo began whilst touring the world performing every night for Monster Ball. I think it's all excuses to stall for time. It's stall tactics to buy time while everyone else is releasing albums because Gaga and her team do not want to release the album when another big name is dropping theirs but I think this will back fire, in pop right now, barely anything is going on, if Gaga is making pop this is the best time to release it, because in a couple months undoubtedly Katy Perry and other popstars will do something to grab attention.

One some days she feels like working a lot, on others she wants to relax imo.

It's really not more complicated than that, she just has to explain herself to others somehow, but in reality she worked non-stop during the TF era and she still came up with great costumes and video ideas, so doing multiple things at once is not detrimental to her process. She just likes to complain and needs something to blame when things don't work out the way she likes them to be. (Like how she said she was rushed to release applause)
