She nailed it until she started shouting. The "ignorant" argument is meagre and counterproductive. But still good for her

No, you can't be an owl or a Russian princess or an attack helicopter. The argument I present isn't even passive aggressive combatance. Transgender people, as the most prevalent theory predicates, exist because of a prenatal hormonal imbalance. Specifically, that in typical cisgender male individuals, testosterone is given equally to the brain and body. In male-to-female transgender individuals, the brain is enriched with estrogen while testosterone is produced at a higher rate in the body. As is logical, the fetus develops with this hormonal production in determining its sex, and the child is born a physical male but a mental female. The brain had developed as a female, but the body a male. That creates a disconnect.

When a transgirl grows up and learns herself, she may decide to start conjugated or synthetic estrogens, an example of the former being an outdated and generally more dangerous/potent medicine called Premarin, and the latter being a medicine called estradiol. This is taken with a testosterone-inhibiting medication, which typically aren't marketed for use as anti-androgenic substances (they're typically marketed for the use of eliminating acne or treating hypertension). An example of this would be spironolactone (brand name Spiractin) or cyproterone acetate (brand name Androcur). A cocktail of these medications will enrich the body with estrogen and suppress testosterone production. Over a period of time, this feminizes the body in a multitude of ways. Others may decide to take progesterone, but the benefit of that in MtF individuals is anecdotal at best. It has been shown that hormonal replacement therapy is the highest effective medical treatment for sufferers of gender dysphoria. This in itself supports the above prenatal origin theory.

So how does this relate to the argument? There aren't any biological ingredients in a fetus that cause it to identify as something other than male or female. You can't just be an attack helicopter because you identify as one, that's true. The reason is because there is no attack helicopter hormone to be balanced/imbalanced within the body. Estrogen and testosterone can be mixed up within the body during the fetus's time in the womb. This is not the case with those who supposedly identify as a different race or a concocted gender. Also, Russian Princess? That's a new one. Russian is a nationality and princess is a regal title. But then again, you can clearly see the logic these people apply - they don't comprehend endocrinology or how it relates to trans people, and so they have simply come to the conclusion - and even convinced themselves - that trans people are simply attempting to be something they're absolutely not. This is untrue. Even if you believe the physical body's sex takes precedence over that of the brain's (on an endocrinologic basis, where the brain is physically enriched with estrogen prenatally), that shows the female essence is indubitably present. People's unwillingness to learn, and furthermore lack of willingness to accept, is a prime example of cognitive dissonance. Simply put, they've set in their ways and opinions since 10 years old and fear anything unfamiliar to their bubble. Something this unconventional puts pressure on that bubble, and they react sourly. It's psychological weakness, and it must be quelled.

Unfortunately, the majority of people who feel this way have kids. That's just going to raise a new generation of conditioned uneducated people. I don't use the terms bigot or ignorant, they're practically jokes. But generally, the people against transgender individuals hold irrational fear/anger or are simply unintelligent. Transpeople are used as a scapegoat for fear mongering. Look at any debate of a woman getting raped and you'll find the majority of guys who comment denouncing the probability of a woman telling the truth. Shove trans people into the equation, and suddenly these same men feign concern over the sexual wellbeing of women? It's essentially using the safety of a minority as ammunition against an even more hated minority, when they're not too busy taking fire themselves.

And don't get me started on the stereotypical bible thumpers calling transgender individuals mentally ill. I don't take seriously people who claim to have hallucinations of herpin derpin Jesus and then turn around to call others psychologically stunted. Particularly when said individuals are, for the most part, completely illiterate. That's just my opinion, though.

Tl;dr, when people are uneducated and conditioned to a rigid set of beliefs, their cognitive dissonance causes them to latch out against groups of people that are alien to them. As this prevents them from practicing critical thinking, any facts opposing their point of view are deemed irrelevant or incorrect because they see them as a a threat to their beliefs. They then fight the facts with irrational pathos-fueled arguments, and they almost always lose on the intellectual front. They freak out when confronted, and attempt to be the louder of the two speakers until they leave out of frustration and a mind overloaded with "dangerous" evidence they tune out like white noise. After all, you'd walk away if a creature you were taught was immoral and insane went near you for the first time. It's the same concept.

Emphasize education, encourage literacy, purge falsity. It's as simple as that.
