I'd say Taylor Kinney, I don't watch Chicago Fire, I don't know how well his acting is (I've seen The Other Woman and The Forest though, both of which he is featured in), but I believe he's able to pull it off, if given a major role.

I don't know if you've seen The Forest, but he was pretty creepy and evil in it. I was quite astounded by his acting, he was surprisingly good.

 Some of you might be surprised as to why I never picked Tom Hardy, cause he's a British and I just find it weird to cast a British into AMERICAN Horror Story, as much as I would want him to work with Gaga.

I also picked Kinney because he's close to Gaga, it would be quite logical to have him added to the cast through Gaga's introduction, though I'm not very familiar with his schedule, he might need to shoot tons of Chicago Fire episodes, so I don't know how viable that is.
