No, you are not reading the headline to this topic incorrectly! The Oklahoma legislature just made it illegal for doctors to perform abortions within the state, with miscarriage and risk to the mother being the only exceptions. So, if you are raped in the state of Oklahoma and conceive a child during said assault, you are required to carry the child to term if it is at no risk to your health.

Do you mean "right" as in right-winged or right as in correct :rip: I won't know how to feel till I know :neyde:

私自身もこの世の中も誰もかれもが, どんなに華やかな人生でも, どんなに悲惨な人生でも, いつかは変貌し, 破壊され、消滅してしまう. すべてがもともとこの世に存在しない一瞬の幻想なのだから

As in right winged. I'm a conservative but even this bill is a bit to harsh for me. I believe in the Heartbeat Bill which states a woman can't have an abortion once the fetus has a heartbeat and can experience pain (8 weeks). It gives the woman 2 months to decide if she wants an abortion. There also us the exception of rape, incest, or threat of life. I think it's a good compromise.

But no....if a woman is raped then she should not have to have the baby. And if the fetus is still in zygote form and has not developed a central nervous system yet, then it's the moms choice. But I just worry if the fetus can hurt or feel so I think 8 weeks is enough time to decide without hurting the baby.
