Not necessarily. Maybe she's in a very creative moment in her life and she's writing a hit every single day and she wants to keep this going for as long as possible, and that's why she's taking her time. Maybe she's really enjoying this space that she has to write music, which is something she has never given herself before.

That still doesn't mean the music will end up being better because we've waited longer, which was what I was responding to.

You guys are building your own cycle of depression by having daily pity parties about Gaga not meeting your expectations.  You will hate lg5 before it even releases, and it's your own fault.

I'm grateful for the past, hesitant about the future

You know Gaga is writing and recording her next album, she just isn't doing it at the pace which you think is appropriate. That makes you ungrateful.

Somethings are better left unsaid because they are a reflection of our negative attributes.

I completely agree with you it just feels like gaga is no longer the same persona that I fell in love with! And I have lost interest which is so sad to say but I have. I'd be very welcoming for her potential return to pop though whenever that is!

"It’s her album, I’m producing it."

still it could mean he's the executive producer, which means he is the one putting together the albums as a cohesive body of work, and producing the majority of it, but it also means other producers can still be involved

I don't think it's a reach that Red One is not on the record anymore. I hope it's not true because I'd love to hear the new Gaga & Red One songs.

We don't know though, sadly.

Gaga always work with her different producers in different times of the process and that never meant she scrapped their work... It is definitely a reach to say she has scrapped more than a year of work in the studio to start again with a new producer like few months before releasing the album..

Executive producers provide the financial backbone for the project. Has nothing to do with any artistic collaboration.

But it will have a #1 single and be critically acclaimed (per pop girl psychic). Stay strong :neyde:

No, you literally said 'She's just not satisfied, that's realistic.' Which is a clear statement that you have reinforced on different posts, and I'm arguing that this might not be the case. My point is you have no way of knowing why she's taking all this time. That's all.

Oh, I'm just visiting-

Well put. I would say that's where the issue rests with me.

This is kinda a completely different person than the gaga of 2009-2012.

Its kinda like how your childhood friends with someone, and then they grow up and change and you're no longer friends with them anymore because ur both so different.

Why would you keep recording if you were satisfied with what you had? :rip: Like, I'm sorry that doesn't make sense to me.

I didn't mean that she's not satisfied with the quality of the music, I just meant that the project is only finished when she's satisfied with the finished result. Clearly that's not the case yet, or she would have finished, duh.

I never claimed to know why she was taking all this time, I was just saying that it's ridiculous to conclude that the longer we have to wait, the better the album is going to be. You can write 1000 **** songs in three years and start writing ones you actually think are fantastic in the last weeks. Until she's satisfied with the album, we'll have to wait, but that doesn't mean it's automatically gonna be of higher quality.
