My idea of how Gaga could reinvigorate the album market in a new and exciting way is to release the album on a normal schedule, no surprise releases or anything, but don't announce a lead single. Instead, in the same way Gaga tried to get fans to vote for ARTPOPs second single, once the fans have heard the album, they can vote and choose this albums flagship song. So it encourages people to look into the record. Doesn't have to be 'real' monsters, it can also be radio representatives, businessmen or normal soccer moms and teenagers.
