I'm sorry I have no where else to go to but I'm starting to get really tired of this petition of biased pesons and everywhere else. People constantly saying Madonna was nowhere near his level and shouldn't be tributing him, calling her overrated and a joke. Nobody respects her. I'm sorry for the negativity I really am and I'm not trying to down anyone but it's so hard, Madonna dosent deserve this, everybody refuses to awknowledge her talent, she directed a movie for ****s sake! On her damn own, she's written almost all of her music from the start of her career, attended university of Michigan and was praised by one of the most prestigious ballet teachers in the world and it's not enough! What gives?

Beyonce is a better option at first, but she's been overused for tributes. Let's give M a chance, hoping she won't screw it wanting to be most energetic yet terribel vocals!

Let's start a petition to re-name planet Earth to Planet Delusion, because that's exactly what we've become. Just offensive to even put her name in the same sentence as Prince and Madonna tbh.

Lowkey loving all the MJ appreciation in this thread. I'll admit, when she first spoke about him at the VMA's I thought it was in poor taste too but looking back at what she said now, it's kind of sweet. She shed more light on the human beneath the icon status. The man that wore the glove. Michael died from a broken heart after decades of abuse and having his trust betrayed by those that wanted to use him all the way back into his childhood, but all he ever did was love. If she can convey the same emotion and appreciation for Prince, and I know she can, she'll do great.

So many ppl just didnt (first) get The speech to MJ or just heard The first couple of lines and missed The point. I thoughed it was very good tribute and as far as I know The family liked it. 

Im getting really excited as to what M wil do. Im sure it will be great though, she wouldnt mess a tribute for a good friends she admired so much. And ppl seem to forget that you don't have to be The worlds greatest vocalist to make a beautiful and brilliant performance. Its about so many other things.
