Longest justice on the Supreme Court served 36 years. We've had a corrupted system since about the time of the Gilded Age – so for over 110 years. A right to one's own body and to be respected as a human being is important to many individuals in this country. 30 to 40 years of ignoring the environmental concerns will have lasting implications for decades, for our grandchildren and their grandchildren. Do you think four years of Trump is going to stop corruption in government or turn it around? Lol Abraham Lincoln weaseled his way into the Presidency over 150 years ago by promising cabinet and political positions to all sorts of morally reprehensible individuals. He is perhaps one of our most important Presidents. Corruption in politics has always been there and will never be eliminated. There are no pure politicians and Bernie isn't one either. Besides the fact that you won't have the legal right to marry, there is that pesky little problem of 29 states having the right to fire you from your job for the sole reason of being gay. You will vote for Trump if you do that. And Trump wants that, as everyone saw last night, when he attacked Hillary based on things that Bernie said on his campaign. Bt1 5,213 Posted April 27, 2016 Share Posted April 27, 2016 I said it so many weeks ago. I understood Bernie until Pennsylvania day. The difference between pledged delegates is 300. He failed to win any major state that favored Hillary. Staying in the race at this point it would only help republicans. Yes, California has a lot of delegates, but Hillary is favorite.
