There are a few types of disco music (including it's sub-genres and derivative forms, or maybe just something similar...) Which kind is the one you're expecting? Is it the Bee Gees type? The Donna Summer type? The Madonna post-disco type? I personally want the 80s HI-NRG Italo Disco Rock style. It is not too far from the style of Gaga's discography, because is the most aggressive and boppish type of disco IMO. If Gaga has to make disco music, it has to sound strong and fierce. I think this kind of music can make a comeback and sound fresh again. In fact, with Mark Ronson on board, I really hope they don't reuse the same style from Uptown Funk again though (even though it's not totally disco), because it would become ARTPOP all over again: sounding outdated and uninspiring on the surface. Hyperballad 4,310 Posted April 20, 2016 Share Posted April 20, 2016 In my opinion like you said she shouldn't follow trends so I was thinking stadium songs like The Queen mixed with disco vibes from Money Honey and with the flawless production from Dance In The Dark and the bad ass,sexy & inspirational lyrics from MANiCURE,Sexxx Dreams and Born This Way and instead of just piano ballads it should be jazz,rock & piano ballads into one whole ballad like Speechless but with some saxophone and trumpet and you have a flawless album Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
