Nothing On But The Radio - Addisson Rae

So, Nothing On But The Radio was/is a Gaga song. Yet, in the officially released version from Miss Addison Rae, Gaga isn't credited as a songwriter. We have Addsion, Billy Steinberg, Josh Alexander, Madison Love and Jacon Kasher Hindlin but no Gaga. Anyone else think this is odd? Still holding out hope for a Gaga release for The Fame's 20th Year Anniversary

The original demo was written by Billy Steinberg and Josh Alexander, Gaga reworked the song later.

Wasn't NOBTR not written by Gaga and therefore why it remained a demo? Like we obviously don't have any way of knowing exactly but, I don't think she penned it. She only recorded a demo

AFAIK that is true, but what’s wild about that is how distinctly Gaga the writing feels nonetheless

Gaga only did vocals on the demo and didn't write it, therefore she has no part of the publishing rights so the original writers simply sold the demo. Addison’s team most likely heard Gaga’s demo and she wanted it. 

Gaga DID legally reserve some rights to it for the ARTPOP sessions but she never officially re-recorded it. So she lost the reservation to it.
