RuPaul has already acknowledged that his show is influenced by ANTM.  He basically said he took aspects from the show & expanded on it big time.  But to me there is a difference between influence & outright copying/stealing...

Yes he pretty much copied and stole a lot of things of ANTM. It's just the pot calling the kettle black. Anyway, rock on NeNe Leakes!

This has nothing to do with Carmen Carrera. I would have said the same thing rather the situation happened or not... I guess if that's the way you think about things that sucks cause it's very ignorant.

Knowing how you feel about HA does get to the obvious matter at hand that was being discussed.  No surprise that you would call it outright stealing.  I guess anyone who samples from, is influenced by, etc. is outright just stealing now.  Smh

Yes RPDR has been heavily inspired by ANTM, but many things on that show are inspired by gay and drag culture anyway. It's quite reciprocal.

The production of the show is almost exactly like ANTM. Yes they act on ANTM, have actually had lipsync and song on top model, Tyra gives them tyra mail, the elimination process is similar, the panel, and everything else besides the lipsync battles at the end. RuPaul is one to speak. You can argue all you want, but truth is in the pudding. The show was compared to America's Next Top Model since it's first season. Check google. There are obvious similarities. I'm just saying he's one to speak when it comes to ripping something off lol 

 

Rupaul's Drag Race started as a PARODY of America's Next Top Model and Project Runway. Rupaul said that a million times. He didn't steal anything.
