I assume few to be less than 6 months in the case of a year and since she said a few months it means more than 1 

However , we are not in the start of the year, being that it's April now, therefore If this interview is indeed new and reliable then I predict an album release within 3 months from now , somewhere in August. As for the Lead Single all roads lead to May for now, so why not debut the Lead at the Billboard Music Awards , especially that she recently won their Woman Of The Year. 

Oh and I don't know why but I am but I am 90% certain that she will surprise release the Lead Single and announce the album release date shortly after.

You really don't have to be so pessimistic. A summer release is by no means far fetched.
